"food quality: 5/5 service: 5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 value: 5/5 Don't skip on: Conchinillo Wonderful experience at Meson don Jimeno! We ordered the Conchinillo (they offered a 1 person portion) and Sopa Castellana along with some bread. Everything was so delicious and flavorful! The conchinillo was cooked perfect and the skin was crispy. The Sopa was delicious, but you have to eat it quickly otherwise the soup will start solidifying and change the texture completely. The bread was incredibly soft and we ate all of the bread that was served to us, which rarely happens. Highly recommended mostly because this is tucked away from the touristy areas near the aqueducts and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Cash and card are accepted here. Highly recommended!"

"The roasted suckling pig was amazing — crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. The Segovia punch was also very good. Also, Great service and very fast! It’s a small restaurant, but absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended!"

"Super delicious food! We really loved the ham croquettes—some of the tastiest we’ve had in Spain. The white asparagus was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. And the suckling pig was the cherry on top of the meal. Highly recommend it!"

"Cozy, family owned restaurant steps away from the Castle in Segovia. The piglet dish tasted truly homemade - takes you back to grandma like dishes. Staff friendly and easy going. I would eat here again!"

"The soup, judiones, was good definitely something worth trying. The pork, however, was dry. When cooking this type of pork, you need to constantly pour the juices back over the meat so it doesn’t dry out, something people often forget to do. I’ve tried roasted pork all over the world"

"Simply delicious! Genuine family run (I think?) business with incredible food and service just a few tables so you may need to wait, but worth it :) All desserts are home made. We shared the torta de queso and it was incredible"
